Hi there! I’m Reine, a personal preparedness advocate blending practical self-reliance with dash of humor.

My self-reliance efforts reflect the realities of living in a coastal suburban(ish) environment and my focus is on both general resilience and hurricane preparedness. Because of where I live and prep, I also find myself navigating challenges such as curious neighbors and city rules that don’t always make sense.
